How do I unblock imessages wrongly accused of spam by Apple?

I am a teacher and health coach. I do business from my phone.Quite honestly, I have no idea what the difference between a green and blue speech bubble is or should I say was until my phone started acting crazy. People sending me messages and never seeing them and vice versa. Well, after hours and hours on the phone with Apple and our service provider, we found out that my imessages were blocked for spam.

No warning message or way to fix. No confirmation message or contact from apple, just told permanent blockage. Rude customer service from apple! Very dissappointed! We own 4 iphones, 4 ipads and 4 mac books! I should have listen to my husband who was an android supporter. What a headache! Has anyone else been wrongly shut out of imessages? Did it ever get fixed?What else can I DO TO FIX THIS? I THINK THIS IS COMPLETELY WRONG. Anyone can report as spam and get you locked out of your account permanently, this is ridiculous. There has to be a better way Apple! For real, give some guidlines, some warnings, some jail time after explaining the rules! But never being able to use imessages is ridiculous. You are going to sink your ship because this loyal apple user will not be purchasing any of your products in the future!

Not sure how to play by rules that are secret? Maybe we need to get DOGE investigating!

So I guess if you want to mess with people, just start reporting people's numbers as spam. We could shutdown imessages permanently, for everyone.
