Inability of iOS based MAC/iPhone products to login to MyPFD application

Does anyone know what MAC and iPhone users can do when a website application allows PC product access but not iOS products.

Currently, I can access the Home website of Alaska.gov but at the MyPFD Application Processing sub-application I receive a system notification message stating “server is not responding”

this is a known problem. Clearing Safari and Google History and Cookies and changing Browser to Firefox were unsuccessful with making access

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 18

The Alaska.gov site has been down for a while now due to a damaged undersea cable. Not sure if that is related.

Most of the Alaska.gov sites are currently not accessible.

At least on Mac, you can test if the site is actively blocking Safari users.

In Settings -> Advanced, enable the 'Show Features for web developers' option. This will add a new 'Develop' menu bar, in which there are options to switch your browser user-agent (the way that browsers identify themselves to the server):

Choose a Windows-based option and see if it makes a difference.

I'm guessing there's something else at fault here, but if they are actively blocking MacOS and iOS users I'd complain that the state is actively wasting money going out of their way to block such systems.
