a speaker or microphone problem? can hear the caller but they say “you keep breaking up—I’m only getting pieces of what you’re saying.” Have checked WIFI and cellular settings

What are the issues?
If the microphone doesn’t work on certain apps you have to go in settings, click on the apps and enable microphone settings.
Thank you for your response. The problem I described is with phone calls only.
Have you tried to reset your phone?
If the problem continues it could be the phone supplier.
