How to locate an iPad without Find My or iCloud password?

I’m helping my friend to find her iPad, she had not turned on FindMy. And she cannot remembers her iCloud password. Pls help

Cannot be done electronically. Turning off Find My means that anyone finding it can reset it and keep it. Not a good decision.
