How to cancel subscription and stop payments for a suspicious screen-monitor app on Apple Store?

i want to end my subscription on de screen-monitor app I purchased from Apple Store.

looks like a scam to me because you can’t find anything to sign out.

I want to sign out immediately and want to stop the apple payment to that app.

what is required?
