Apple Support needs to request to start the diagnostics, so contact them back. It doesn’t just show up on its own.

Apple Support should have instructed you on how to start the diagnostics test, but I believe once the representative initiates it, you have to go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Start Diagnostics With Apple Support.
