My 12 year old son and I set up Apple Cash I’m the family organizer I have a $0 balance on my Apple Pay account and he has over $100 how can I use some of the money because it won’t let him transfer to me please help

Those funds are his funds and cannot be transferred or refunded. Because he’s part of an Apple Family Sharing group, the organizer (you) are responsible for the charges incurred by the group.

You have an Apple Cash account.
There is no such thing as an Apple Pay account.
The post previously referenced Apple Accounts, not Apple Cash. Are the funds in an Apple Account or an Apple Cash account?
