If this is by any chance an iPhone 6 (no "s"), iOS 12.5.7 is the latest version of iOS currently available. You cannot update an iPhone 6 to iOS 13 or higher. If you have an iPhone 6, it is time to start considering purchasing a much newer iPhone.
