I can't add a new payement methods to re-enable my account

I tried everything... I am even thinking of changing phone and laptop! Nothing works, I am really frustrated and disappointed. I lost my credit card so I blocked my card back then. And now my payement methods are blocked as my multimedia and purchases is disabled. I tried changing my payement but won't work, filling forms, see if I missed an update, there is no support, I have been to stores and they don't know.

Please I need an answer and help as soon as possible.

Because I may fear I will change supplier.

If you blocked the lost credit card while you had active subscriptions in your Apple Account, the first time one of them was denied payment, Apple would have frozen your account.


This is only something that can be resolved by speaking to Apple Support directly to pay the amount in arrears and set up a new valid payment method going forward.

BTW, saying you may "change supplier" doesn't carry a lot of weight in these forums. Apple doesn't participate here and no one here works for Apple.
