I can't add a new payement methods to re-enable my account
I tried everything... I am even thinking of changing phone and laptop! Nothing works, I am really frustrated and disappointed. I lost my credit card so I blocked my card back then. And now my payement methods are blocked as my multimedia and purchases is disabled. I tried changing my payement but won't work, filling forms, see if I missed an update, there is no support, I have been to stores and they don't know.
Please I need an answer and help as soon as possible.
Because I may fear I will change supplier.
