How do I add "Print to PDF" to my print options

The "Print to PDF" option does not show in my printer options. How do I add it?

PDF won't print "select pages" on 15.3.1 Epson printer No matter how many times I select the thumbnails i want to print, it prints the whole document. Please no answers that say "selct the thumbs or select the pages. I have done that thanks.

Look at the bottom left corner of the print window. You’ll find PDF options there.
