I need an outside WiFi to use the internet on my iPadOS 18.3.1
I’m trying to use the hotel WiFi but the iPad tells me it is unsecured and will not allow me to connect.
what can I do?

Unsecured will not prevent you from connecting; it’s just a warning that unless you go to sites that support SSL (most do) your communications will not be secure.
If it doesn’t connect go to Settings/Wi-Fi, tap on the i next to the network name and tap Forget this network. Then try to connect again.
