Sound issues 13 pro

I listen to a lot of audiobooks and ever since this last update my books will stop playing for no reason. Also when reading a book I can see the volume change and I did not touch the buttons. I already toggled off the Settings/Accessibility/Faceid and Attention setting and it still does it.

Anyone else have this issue?
