A few observations...
Your profile mentions an iPhone SE, but your post refers to an iPhone Mini. Could you clarify which device you’re using?
Also, when you mention restrictions, are you referring to Screen Time settings, region-specific restrictions, or age-based limitations? It’s not entirely clear.
Besides Screen Time, region-specific, and age restrictions, there are a few other things that could prevent downloading Roblox on an iPhone:
- App Store Country/Region: If Roblox isn’t available in your App Store region, you won’t be able to download it unless you change your App Store country (which may require a valid payment method for that region).
- Parental Controls: Even outside of Screen Time, there could be specific content restrictions set under Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- iOS Compatibility: Roblox requires a minimum iOS version — currently iOS 11 or later. If the iPhone is running an older version, the app won’t be available.
- Storage Space: If your iPhone is low on storage, it might prevent new apps from being downloaded.
- App Store Account Issues: Sometimes, problems with your Apple ID (like billing issues or app download restrictions) can block app downloads.
- Network Restrictions: If you're on a Wi-Fi network with strict parental controls or content filtering, the App Store could be partially restricted.
- VPN/Region Settings: Using a VPN could sometimes interfere with app availability based on the region the App Store thinks you’re in.
