Just purchased an iPhone 16 I had an iPhone 11 All of my stuff transferred over Apps Contacts etc.. Except My JBL T2 Speaker Device. I tried everything my Bluetooth is on and under where it states Devices is just spinning and it’s Blank I don’t get it I tried everything to pair my speaker to my New iPhone 16 ! Not Happy !

I don't believe setting up a new phone using an old ever transfer Bluetooth paired devices.
make sure that the speaker do not have an active connection to the iphone11 maybe you have to disable Bluetooth in the iphone11 to be sure
then you put the JBL speaker into pairing mode
