lost sound output from Mac mini

As of late yesterday I lost sound output from my Mac mini M2 to my soundbar. I've checked connections & everything looks ok. Nothing from Apple Music or Audible audiobooks.

If I switch to mini's internal speakers I have sound. Nothing when set to either External Headphones (TAOTRONICS soundbar) or LG ULTRAGEAR HDMI.

THANK YOU to anyone considering my problem but now solved. Weird.
