iPhone not accepting correct password
My newly acquired iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.1) will not accept my correct e mail password. After several unsuccessful attempts it then blocks my account and by an unhappy coincidence I am then asked to enter the password when using my 9th generation iPad (o s version 18.1.1) which then leads me to needing to change my password via the usual indirect routes of entering a confirmation code sent to a separate account which I have previously assigned for the purpose of being a private buffer for the rescue of my account access. So I enter the new password onto my iPad which is accepted, but when I try and enter the new password onto my iPhone it tells me that the password is incorrect. “Oh there’s a hole in my bucket dear Lila !!!” Does anybody have an idea of what could be going wrong please ? All assistance will be greatly appreciated.
