Forgot passcode of my iPhone
Forgot passcode to myphone and i do not have access to a computer to get on itunes

The very first sentence in the Apple document below includes a link to try to reset your iPhone without the need of a computer.
If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Having said that, it is still much easier and much faster to reset an iPhone using a computer. Maybe you have a friend with a laptop that will let you use if for 15-20 minutes, or you could take the phone to an Apple Store or Best Buy and use a Mac there.
