Unable to stream surroundings

Hello. I was using Camo Studio and NDI to incorporate my Vision Pro Persona and view into streaming hobbies. It was a great way to broadcast craft work with my hands and still provide a quality stream.

Now it seems that these apps have no access to the Surroundings permission, so all they broadcast is black surroundings and whatever Vision app windows I have up. Is this a new change? It pretty much breaks my use case and I'm deeply disappointed. If it was done in an update intentionally, will we get it back?
