iCloud Data and Privacy download very slow for some part files

I have been trying to download via Safari my data from iCloud by using Data and Privacy option with several distinct file part sizes. Every single time, eventually for some of the part files to download the download speed is turtle slow (less than 10KB) and I cannot continue downloading my data.
