Frequent pop-up saying " You shut down your computer because of a problem." on my MacBook Pro

Im running 2018 Macbook Pro intel version, with Sequoia 15.3.1 macos. Lately after i shut down my laptop, when i boot it says that "You shut down because of a problem." even when i soft shut down and wait until the screen completely off/become dark. I don`t remember exactly when it start showing.

i use 2 extendended screen on daily basis (not apple product, i-o data.) with, using HDMI to USB-c adapter with standard resolution setting 1080p, 60 Hz.

The laptop mainly used to work, running browser, and some offce tools.

i tried to turn it on in safe mode, and the pop-ups doesn`t show, i already run the diagnostic tools and came out with no problem as a result.

Anyone have advice how to resolve this or know how to check what is causing the problem?

Please download and run (free) EtreCheck, and when the run completes share the report to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here, and press the additional-text button that looks like a printed page to get a text input box big enough to paste the hardware and software configuration report here, and paste and post that report here.

Also try disconnecting all of the external hardware, restart, and check. This to see if any of that is derailing the shutdown.
