There is not one. For me it would be useless, but I understand others may like it, so you have the Feedback link for feature requests. I use Banktivity for all my transactions, so if I wanted a report on my spending I could get one from there. Apple does not maintain a list of your transactions, they are managed by Goldman Sachs, so any report would have to come from them.
