You won't find anything of useful value in the Analytics Logs. The solution to the problem will depend on what information was given out. If you provided your Apple Account password, then you will need to change it here:

Change your Apple Account password - Apple Support

If you gave them any financial data, you will need to contact your bank to have your account closed and issued new cards.

Check if you have any Profiles installed at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

Remote access is not a thing on the iPhone, unless both of you are using the same app to negotiate a connection, like the screen sharing feature of Zoom. Simply deleting the app is all that would be needed.

You yourself got hacked. Not your iPhone.

What happens next? Two-factor authentication gets enabled, passkeys get used where available, a password manager is used (those won’t pre-populate phishing websites), there are various steps to better secure your environment, and to reduce your exposure to phishing.

I’d not expect analytics to be on that path.

And if you do suspect malware is on your device somehow, that’s a fairly advanced exploit, and those can tend to delete the logs. Usual attempt to remediate is a factory reset without restore, and to rotate all your credentials including those of your password-reset paths.
