Sent money to a scammer
I was making a purchase to get dropped off which was my package and i was told they were pulling in and when i sent my money to them they stopped responding back

If you mean that you sent money using Apple Cash by using the Messages app, that is a private transaction between 2 people and Apple specifically states to never send money to someone you do not know. There are no protections with Cash transactions like you would find with a Credit Card charge.
Apple Cash person-to-person payments are like any other private transaction between two people, so only send and receive money with people you know.

Apple Cash is managed by Green Dot Bank and you can talk to them if you wish, but I honestly have not seen where they were able to refund any money that you had sent.

In the future, NEVER send money to someone you do not know. That is the one rule for using Apple Cash that will prevent you from ever being scammed.
