microsoft teams apps problem?

After upgrading to OS 18.3.1, all of my students are experiencing an issue with the Microsoft Teams app. Specifically, the "Class Materials" folder is showing as empty on both iPads and iPhones. However, when using a computer or another phone (other than an iPhone), the folder appears as expected and functions properly.

i try to delete the cache and reinstall the apps again the same issue

thanks

Also seeing the same behavior across Iphones/Ipads. Android and Windows work correctly.

Raised a ticket with Microsoft and IOS but no update as of yet. Has anyone else got an update?

The current workaround on tablet is go onto Teams online and when clicking on Class Materials a link to Sharepoint appears.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been running into the same issue on my iPhone and iPad since updating to OS 18.3.1. The "Class Materials" folder is showing up empty—even though it works perfectly fine on my computer and non-iOS devices. I reached out to Microsoft support, and they mentioned it might be a device-specific glitch caused by the update.

For now, my workaround has been to use Teams online. When I click on "Class Materials" there, it correctly shows the SharePoint link. If you haven’t already, I’d suggest contacting Microsoft (or even Apple support) to see if there’s a fix on the way.

Let’s keep each other updated on any progress. Hope this gets resolved soon!

Cheers,

This is happening on older versions of iOS as well, including iOS 18.1.1 and iOS 17.7.2 in our school district. It's also happening with the last 3 version of the Teams for iOS app. I believe this is an issue with Microsoft's cloud service. A similar issue happened a few years ago and they fixed it on the back-end without needing an app update. I have already opened a ticket with MS and would suggest that everyone here does this as well to get this issue escalated.
