How to bypass web redirect and retrieve AirPods owner's contact details?

I tried following what stangri describes below, however, when following the steps through the app on my phone, at some points it takes you out of the app and to the web, and it gives me the following message. Has anyone hit the same wall, and how to bypass it to be able to get the contact details of the owner?
