Slow cellular data issue on my iPhone 11 after updating to iOS 18.3.1

So I updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 18.3.1, and I started noticing that my cellular data is really slow. The cellular connection itself seems fine. I tried resetting my phone, but nothing worked. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
