MAcbook Pro 14 inch M1 Chip is Stuck

Hi - I have a Macbook Pro 14 inch M1 on which I was trying to reset and upgrade the software. the machine has been stuck on the Apple Logo screen with the Status bar. (Attach -1). When i switch off the machine and restart it holding the Power button, the machine gets stuck on the screen stating loading Startup Options (Attach - 2) and does not move further. Tried plugging it to the Lan using adapter as well but in vein.. please suggest.
