Description and Title text not in photo when uploaded to a Shared Album?

Recently, I created an album of old family photos. In each photo, I included the title text and the description text. Once done, I put in the photo embedded with the title and description texts into a shared album to share with family members.

However, upon looking at the photo in a shared album, the title and description texts are not there. When attempt to copy and paste the text from the photo from the regular album, the photo in the shared album appears locked, so I could not put in the text there.

So what happened? Did the photo from my own album, embedded with text, in Photos become a copy in a shared album with no embedded text?

If so, that is unacceptable.
