What country you're in is not relevant. Unless someone had physical access to your phone or had hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend on remotely accessing your phone (just yours), your phone has not been hacked.

Could someone have hacked your Apple Account? Possibly. But that has nothing to do with Assistive Touch.

No one is controlling your phone with or without assistive touch. That is not possible.

Please explain what you’re seeing that makes you think this is happening.

It’s very possible the touch screen is failing, resulting in touch interactions with the screen being registered when they should not be. Commonly referred to as ‘ghost touch’.

No one is controlling your phone or recording your calls or reading your messages.

If someone told you they are, it’s a scam.

Assistive touch has nothing to do with any of that.

Nope. Sorry. That’s virtually impossible. Doing so is extremely expensive. Unless you are a high profile political dissident, the chances of you being targeted using the tools that can do that are virtually zero.

Look for another explanation.
