I need to update to 15.3.1 as it is required by our company policies. I must have the latest OS version to be able to work. However, this version is not available in our region. Please see the attached screenshots.
This issue is with the Oracle managed update system, not on Apple's servers. Try downloading the full OS installer from the App Store.
For reference, the people on these boards are mostly other customers, not Apple employees, and don't have any control over the Software Update mechanism.

As I already wrote, no update is offered. Company support told me to contact your support because our support cannot prepare your update for this region. According to your documentation, you have an update ready for this type of Apple Book, which is why our company requires it.
Thanks for the answer, unfortunately I've already tried everything mentioned and our company wants the latest version mentioned in the documentation for this HW due to security issues (it's related to VPN, etc.). So they referred me to Apple support.
