Everyone gets them. They can be reported here, but honestly there is little that can be done that will stop them completely:
They can't be tracked down and can be sent from anywhere in the word. The sending address is just spoofed and the number is mostly likely an anonymous VOIP number. Anyone that knows your phone number can send you that message.

Just block the scammer(s) and then they can’t type to you anymore. Problem solved!

And you think you're the only special person that is getting these types of calls and text?
Why do I keep receiving scam calls claiming Apple Pay charges?
