Unable to add Paysera bank card on my Apple Pay

I can't add a card to Apple Pay, every day for two weeks I get the error "invalid card, make sure the data entered on the card is correct and try again". I contacted Paysera Bank for help, they tell me that everything is fine with the card and it is not their fault. How can I solve this problem, I can't add only a Paysera Bank card, other cards are added without problems.

So, that’s the issue. Whoever Paysera uses for preliminary verification (most banks use PNO) is blocking data. The most common reason is a fraud alert, but yours is probably related to regions and addresses.


Paysera will need to contact the PNO and find out why they are blocking your account.

Do you have VPN app and/or profile on your iPhone? Even if it’s turned off, it may be detected and prevent the card from being added. You should probably reset the network settings as a precaution.


iPhone > Settings > General > scroll down > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
