I have “1” in the corner of my settings app on my home-screen, when I open the app there is no notification anywhere, I’m on the latest IOS and have looked through my iCloud section as per another similar issue from someone else a few years ago and I still have this notification showing up. How do I remove it?

For the last step with is to hold the side power button, KEEP HOLDING it until the Apple Logo appears. Can take several seconds, then let go after the logo appears.
I have done 2 forced restarts and the notification still appears, still nothing in the settings app.
A new beta software has come up now, maybe this is the cause

Certainly could be. I don't use Beta as I can't afford to have my phone not operate correctly, during the testing phase.
The notification has come up again, have forced restart and no software updates unlike the last time.
