Why did they get rid of mag safe charging on the 16e. So my phone wont stay in the phone holder I have that only stays cuz of the mag safe I’m very upset about this feature!

We cannot answer the why's of Apple decisions here.
But they didn't really remove anything. I doubt the entry level 16e was ever planned to have the more advanced and expensive feature of Magsafe charging since its supposed to be a budget phone like the SE's before it which also lacked Magsafe charging. It also lacks other cameras like the 16, and lacks other features from its more expensive siblings
If you need or want Magsafe charging then you need to pay for it via a more expensive model that has it.
You can't actually expect all the features of the expensive models in budget versions.

They didn’t remove it. You can’t remove something that never existed to begin with. The 16e is the bargain basement iphone. It doesn’t have MagSafe just like it doesn’t have a super-cool 3 camera system with macro capablities.
If the 16e doesn’t have the features you want, return it and buy a model that does have the features you want.

As others are pointing out, Apple didn't remove a feature that wasn't in the phone to begin with. iPhone 16e is Apple's budget phone. It has a lot of excellent features, but MagSafe isn't one of them. If MagSafe is important to you, perhaps you didn't buy the right model iPhone. It's no different than visiting your Mercedes dealer and expecting the entry level C Class cars to have the same features as the top line S Class cars.
And this is a user to user only forum. No one here designed the new iPhone or had any input into the features included or not included.
