How can I stop my Apple Watch from sharing workout screens?

Every time I go outside for a walk (outside walking) before the start I get the screen to share this workout on my watch. However, cannot find the option to get rid of this and start immediately. Don't get this in other workouts. Is there an option to start immediately ?
