I connected my HPLaserjetp1102w to my new MAC COMPUTER I got your help on what cables I needed to set up I can't get to print shows "idle" I have tried every suggestion to help me. Thank you

I have an old laser jet, and the only thing I have found is to completely turn it off, and then turn it on right before printing to it.
The last driver support from HP for the p1102w printer was macOS 12 Monterey.
