What should I do If my Duolingo trial ends early?

I subscribed to the 7-day trial on Sunday, February 23, at 04:05 AM (CET). Based on this, my trial should have lasted the full 7 days, ending on Saturday, March 1. However, it appears that the system backdated my subscription start date to February 22, effectively shortening my trial period by one day and interfering with my cancellation window. As a result, when I attempted to cancel, I was surprised to find that my trial had already ended after hardly 6 days. This discrepancy prevented me from using the full trial period as promised/offered and also led to a 1 year SuperDuolingo Subscription that I didn't want at all. Also, the system never sent an e-mail reminder regarding the upcoming end of my trial subscription. I took up this issue via "report a problem" functionality but my request was rejected despite the problems mentioned before.

I kindly request a resolution to this issue. Please let me know how this can be corrected. I want a refund as I hasn't received what I was offered and I feel misled too.
