Adapter for iPhone 12

I have separate cables for each for each of my Apple devices. My Apple Lightning cable fits my iPhone (12 Max Pro) but not my iPad 12.9 6th gen which takes usb-c.

Can someone help me find a solution?

further information if needed: I have no problems at home. When I’m portable, I also use a battery pack to charge my devices - I’d like a single cable solution that would fit both devices. I hope all that makes sense.
