I requested two refunds for Apple TV purchases using gift card balance. The first was accidental before Christmas and the second was a glitch where a random film was purchased that was never on my screen. Both refunds were approved and have shown as refunded, however the sum for either purchase has not been reflected in my store balance. Has anybody had this same issue?

Refunds can take up to 30 days depending on payment method used.
For Apple Gift card / Apple Account balance the refund should generally happen immediately once Apple approves it.
For other types of gift cards, it will depend on the card issuer.

Thanks, I read the FAQ/support answers for processing times and as mentioned in my post those timeframes have passed (long since passed in one case) so that doesn’t help.
I couldn’t find any options to actually speak to customer service about following up on these refunds, the money has been taken for the purchases and just vanished as I haven’t received the credit back.
