I want to replace my old desktop. I understand Apple isn't making a 27" desktop any longer. I loved the large display. I use my computer for work, teaching online classes etc.
Im looking for something that will last me a while as this one did.
What do you suggest I replace it with?

If you like the 27" 5k the only choice you have is to get a Mac Mini M4 and a 5k 27" display. I have both the LG 27" 5K and the Apple Studio display. Both have the same sharpness but the Apple case is nicer but the LG is less expensive. Your other choice is to size down to the 24" iMac. You could try a less expensive 4K display but I found I got spoiled with the 5K sharpness (anf brightness).
