When I say, "Hey Siri," the iPhone 15 ProMax, iOS 18.3.1 no longer responds. Just started happening today.??
Shut down the phone, waited a bit, Restarted, and Siri still does not respond... What Next?

This worked for another user.
Open Settings App
Tap Apple Intelligence & Siri
Tap Siri Responses and make sure Prefer Spoken Responses is checked
Next, tap Talk & Type to Siri
Tap Off
Now turn it on again with either Siri or Hey Siri or just Hey Siri
You will be asked to read phrases so Siri learns your manner of speech
Once complete test to see if Siri responds to your voice
