How do I request access to a deceased family member’s iPhone?

My brother has passed away and I don’t know his iPhone password how can I get into it with out losing his information on his phone

I'm sorry for your loss. If you don't know his sign in credentials or If your brother didn't set up a legacy contact, with the proper documentation, Apple will likely wipe the phone for use for a new user, but NOT give you access to the data on the phone. You'll need documentation, such as a death certificate and something from your brother's estate granting ownership rights to the phone to a family member.
