No apologies are necessary. Folks that make the switch have a bit of a learning curve, especially if you have 30+ experience with PCs. Most likely, I imagine that (with PCs) started with DOS and worked you way thru the myriad of Windows versions. Actually, it isn't much different with long time Mac users either. To carbon-date myself, my first personal computer was a Commodore PET.

Anyways, welcome to the Apple ecosystem! Feel free to use this forum to ask questions or ask for assistance with using any Mac product. We are all volunteers here just trying to help others.

To help you get better acquainted with using your Mac, may I suggest the following:

Also, as can expect, there are numerous books, eBooks, and websites standing ready to shed some light for new users. One great source for very inexpensive eBooks it Take Control Books. One, I suggest, is Mac Basics.

Finally, if you are near an Apple Store, they periodically put on group or one-on-one help seminars.

My apologies. I am fairly new to apple after 30+ years PC. Still bouncing back and forth with some of the family still PC. My confusion came about as I went to Microsoft to see if it was a 365 problem. So let me get down to my real problem. i Mac 27 running Ventura 13.7.3. When I highlight to copy and past the highlighter is so translucent it is not really visible. It was not like this before. How can I change it?
