My Mac Studio (OS 15.3.1) is suddenly providing me with a gloved pointing hand when in Firefox and on any website I use. Hate this.
I did fool around yesterday with changing the color of my pointer and then settled back to black (to coin a title) and I increased the size of my Finder menu bar using the Accessibility option in System Settings.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to get rid of this?

Well, gee. If I were talking about the white hand without the glove that has shown up on my Macs for more than a decade, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
I bought my first Mac in 1989, so I'm somewhat familiar with the Mac UI. Unlike the hand pointer described above, this hand has a black glove on it.

So, you prefer the hand with a white glove. Got it.
The link cursor (hand) has been around for at least a decade, probably two. It turns into that cursor when you hover over a hyperlink.
Barney is correct. It's actually a little over three decades. It first appeared in 1993 in the Mosaic Browser.
I kind of like red on red. 😎
