How can I resolve Apple Pay ID verification issue and poor customer service for a minor user?
After 2 years my son having Apple Pay you ask for ID and that’s fine he’s a minor but when I call customer service no one was a help they transferred me 6 times til I ask for a supervisor and she was so not helpful to the point she hung up on me because I said I was going to file a formal complaint and how no one provided customer just rude now my son has no Apple Pay and I wasted 2 hrs on the phone with Apple just so stress out and angry I’m so ****** no customer and we spend thousands of dollars on gadgets to get crappy service no one knows what to do
