Troubleshooting Epson Picturemate PM-400 and Canon Imageclass MF641cw printers on Macbook Air with Sequoia 15.3.1

I have two printers that were previously installed on my Macbook Air laptop but one stopped being able to send documents to. I did a printer reset (not knowing it would delete ALL my printers - even the one that was working). I have a Canon Imageclass MF641cw and an Epson Picturemate PM-400. The Canon is the printer that quit allowing jobs to be sent. This happens about every 6 months or so. I usually just reinstall the driver and it works fine. When I reset my printers, I lost both printers and now I can't reinstall either one. I finally got the Canon drivers reinstalled but can only print if I connect with a USB cable - cannot Airprint. The Epson Picturemate software won't reload at all and I can't search for it to Airprint to it like I did before. I have a desktop and both printers work fine with the desktop and print wirelessly. My laptop is on the the same wifi connection as the printers and still nothing. Any ideas? I feel like I've tried so many things and nothing is working! My laptop is running Sequoia 15.3.1.
