Unable to use visual intelligence and ChatGPT with Siri

So I updated my phone to ios 18.4 and im in eu I changed my regio and my language to USA my image playground a Genmoji are working fine but I can’t use visual intelligence and ChatGPT but my friend also lives in eu and he did the update and he has chat gpt but if I want to enable ChatGPT it says Unavailable CHATGPT WITH SIRI IS NOT SUPPORTED ON THIS APPLE ACOUNT and i literally bought the phone just for visual inteligence so pls help
