Hello everyone,
I've just received Beats Fit Pro earbuds.
When I did the pairing with the case opened, my Iphone recognized the device and it was connected.
As soon as I took the earbuds out of their case, I lost the connection.
I did multiple resets and always the same problem.
Did anyone have a solution?

It appears that you have already done everything right to get these Beats working. However, it just may be possible that they are defective and no amount of resets will help.
As such, if you got them within the last 14 days, you can return them for either a full refund or a replacement pair. Otherwise, you can try here: Beats Repair & Service - Apple Support
