Apple Pay statement not showing recent transactions, linked to an old card

My apple pay statement doesn't show any transactions, but my cards are linked to it in my wallet? it seems to be linked to an old card

I am looking to see a recent transaction for a company, that I used my Apple wallet for. When i went on to recent transactions on my statement, it was just apps that i had downloaded, no transactions, even though I use it everyday. I might be wrong, but it seems it is linked to an old card.

A lot of money is at stake here, so I am panicking at how i can prove i used Apple payment, without it showing on activity.
