Which Apple Account has been used to set up your AirPods?

...

Note: If your AirPods 3, AirPods 4 (ANC), AirPods Pro (all generations), or AirPods Max are used with multiple Apple Accounts (for example, if you lend or share AirPods), only the person who turned on the Find My network can see them in the Find My app. You may also get an alert if someone else’s AirPods are traveling with you. See the Apple Support article What to do if you get an alert that an AirTag, set of AirPods, Find My network accessory, or compatible Bluetooth location-tracking device is with you.

Which workout data is being added to the Fitness App on your iPhone?

If you are not wearing your watch, the iPhone can also contribute to data like steps taken, for example.

To find out, open the Fitness App on your iPhone, tap on Browse -> Activity -> Steps, scroll down to ->Show All Data -> pick the date and have a look at the sources.

I inderstand how it work and the info is primarly my watch prior to the update and after the update also the item was suppose to be lost at home it never gVe me location history for that journey, I had only at thw request of

apple did endam update cause when i rang about my applcare plus fees they were sure i was being effected by a security issue also and did serveral updates to rectify the problem so imagine my surprise when those updates could of been helpful but in stead of being helpful they said hopefully it turnd u not literally start walking around, have a beat my heart rate for over 2 months streshed out HR, Steps Stairs exersise how much sleep etc and it also had all his histoy listed coming from watch after update except since that update i could nolonger find it on the map they told me tpo change my password thr same deal they did with my now resticted ld ph that ended up in te storage truck when we moved when i got that back they made me cghange bank cards and passwords so tysre was no way to authacate myself unless i kept all the notebooks with countless passwords ova te years of of course continues to say revious password is incorrect but tht ia cUse it was changed when it wasnt on and so it never had a chance to update thru internet or wifi oncw i was rehomed
